At approximately 7:05 AM, officers were dispatched to Stationsplein because a man was behaving suspiciously among the parked bicycles. He was wildly swinging his arms. Officers asked the man for his identification, but he refused to show it. He reacted defiantly and verbally insulted and threatened the officer. The man was arrested for insulting the officer and received a fine for failing to show identification. After questioning, he was released. The officer filed a report.
