These are three men aged 37, 29, and 31 from Barendrecht, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. The Public Prosecution Service suspects one of them of involvement in the preparation of the murder, one of possessing the firearm used, and one of the theft of the car that was used. After questioning, the suspects were released; the public prosecutor decided, based on the current file, not to present them to the examining magistrate. They remain suspects.
Gunman in Focus
Ahmad Mola Nissi was shot dead on November 8, 2017, on Jan van Riebeekstraat in The Hague. The case remained unsolved for a long time until last month. A suspect was interviewed abroad (who is in prison there for another murder) who may have been the gunman. And now three arrests have been made.
The police do not rule out more arrests. Read more about the case at Opsporing Verzocht.
