On the night of Wednesday, November 19 to Thursday, November 20, around 2:15 AM, a report of a stabbing was received. When officers arrived at the scene, they found an injured man. The suspect had hidden in the cargo bed of a parked truck. Nevertheless, the police managed to find him there. Because he did not comply with officers orders, a stun gun was ultimately used to arrest the 38-year-old man from Amsterdam.
The victim was conscious and taken to the hospital to receive treatment for his injuries. The Forensic Investigation unit of the police arrived at the scene and found the possible stabbing weapon. The detectives are now conducting further investigation into the case.
