Just before 8:00 PM, the victim met with the interested party to sell her phone. When a disagreement arose during payment, the resident was suddenly struck hard in the face by the man. He then ran off with her phone. The detectives are investigating this incident and are calling for witnesses.

- Light brown skin tone;
- Approximately 1.80 meters tall;
- He wore a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes
