During the incident, the 40-year-old man threatened the bicycle owner with a knife and allegedly made stabbing motions. The bicycle owner then used a sword he had brought with him, possibly to defend himself. As a result, the 40-year-old man was seriously injured and has been hospitalized.

The man with the sword was immediately arrested and interrogated. Due to the possibility of self-defense, he was released after a few days. However, he remains a suspect and the investigation is ongoing.

The arrested suspect works for the police in his daily life. At the time of the incident, he was not on duty.
