When the report of the stabbing incident came in to the police on Wednesday, July 16, around half past six in the evening, the 15-year-old victim was lying on the sidewalk in front of a restaurant. Alert bystanders immediately helped the victim. Arriving officers took over the first aid from the bystanders. The victim was conscious and transported to a hospital by ambulance.

The incident possibly took place in the stairwell between both eateries, where the youths used the emergency exit to come in and out.
