In the night from Friday, April 4 to Saturday, April 5, a man was injured after a stabbing incident in the center of Haarlem. The police arrested a 23-year-old man from Haarlem on April 16. The man reported to the police station. The investigation into the stabbing incident is ongoing.
Officers were approached on Saturday, April 5, around 4:00 AM at the Grote Markt by someone who was injured. The victim reported being assaulted with a sharp object by a man further down in the center. The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance. The police immediately started an investigation, but the suspect was not found that night.
