Just before 5:30 PM, the man entered and claimed to have a firearm. It is still unclear whether he showed it. He threatened the staff present and left shortly after with several phones. Officers started an investigation in the area, but this has not yet led to an arrest.
The suspect was dressed in a thick black jacket and wore gray pants. A notable detail is the fishermans cap the man wore.
