Man Arrested After Attempted Robbery of Store in Almere

On the evening of April 9, a young man attempted to rob a store on Kruisstraat with a knife. Without any loot, the man fled and was apprehended shortly thereafter by the police.

At around 8:30 PM, the young man from Almere entered the store. When the employee chased him away, he was apprehended shortly thereafter elsewhere. Fortunately, no one was injured. The police are still investigating.
