Witnesses reported hearing gunshots around 9:20 PM via emergency number 112. Multiple police units drove to Poortweg. There, near a garage box, they found two individuals by a scooter. Because they might be involved with the shooting, officers ordered them to raise their hands. One of the men did not comply, prompting an officer to fire a warning shot. The two men were arrested for lacking identification and because the scooter might be stolen.
