Suspect a drug lab?
Drug laboratories and storage sites pose a significant risk in residential areas and business parks. Not only the production process but also the storage of chemical substances is dangerous. If you have tips about the presence of such criminal activities, please report them to the police. You can call 0900-8844 or report anonymously via Meld Misdaad Anoniem at 0800-7000. Where possible, also provide information such as license plates, cars, or descriptions of persons near the building.

How to recognize a drug lab?
Drug labs can be located anywhere: in rural areas or big cities, in barns, houses, garages, or apartment buildings. Signs of a drug lab include a strong synthetic smell (anise-like or chemically irritating, sour or acetone). Unused doors and windows are often sealed, for example with foam sealant.
