At around 10:20 PM on August 7, 2025, the police received a report of an injured person on the Dam following a stabbing incident. Officers immediately went to the scene and found a seriously injured victim. It turned out that the victim had multiple stab wounds. The officers provided immediate first aid, after which personnel from the Mobile Medical Team and the ambulance took over care and transported him to the hospital. The suspect was arrested shortly after the incident on the Dam.

The police and Forensic Investigation have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the stabbing incident.
