Brutal Attempt Burglary in Maastricht on Opsporing Verzocht

While the shopping evening on Thursday, January 16, is yet to begin, around 5:00 PM, a motorcycle with two people stops in front of a jeweler on Maastrichter Brugstraat in the heart of Maastricht. One of the two individuals attempts to force the display window of the shop with a cutting machine, while the other keeps passersby at bay with a long firearm and a bright lamp.
This brazen burglary attempt has been captured on video, and these images will be shared on Tuesday in the television program Opsporing Verzocht.
