Three youths taken to the police station and referred to HALT
On site, officers recognized three youths responsible for setting off fireworks. These youths were taken to the police station, where their parents were contacted. The youths received a restricted area order until after New Years and were referred to HALT. Additionally, several youths were fined for loitering improperly in a doorway, contributing to neighborhood nuisance. They were also referred to HALT.
