At around 00:30 hours, officers went to Slingerweg because the suspect was asked to leave a property but did not comply. Officers found the 55-year-old man from Breda on-site and requested him to leave. He refused the first time, after which an officer asked again. The man stood up and hit the officer in the face. He attempted again, but the officer dodged him, after which the man grabbed the officer and hit him again. The colleague took out the Taser and tased the suspect. He was arrested for assault and taken to the detention center. The officer filed a report of assault.
