41-year-old Cemil Önal was fatally shot on Thursday, May 1, on the terrace at Van Vredenburchweg in Rijswijk. The police subsequently launched a Large-Scale Investigation Team (TGO) led by a public prosecutor.

Arrest

The 47-year-old man was arrested in Germany at the request of the Dutch authorities, who have requested his extradition. The investigation into the shooter and the second man is ongoing.
