The report of the incident came in around 5:30 PM to the police. Officers found two injured persons on Bleeklaan. Unfortunately, for one of the victims, assistance was no longer effective. He died on the spot. The other male victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Arrest
Shortly after the report, the police arrested a 29-year-old man without a fixed address in the Netherlands on suspicion of involvement in the stabbing incident. He is in custody and is being questioned.
Investigation into motive
The police are investigating the circumstances and backgrounds of the stabbing incident. It is also still unclear what the motive for the stabbing incident was. Today, forensic investigation is being carried out on Bleeklaan. A neighborhood investigation is also being conducted.
