The detectives are investigating the possible involvement of the suspect in a number of other reports from women. However, investigators believe that not all potential victims have contacted the police yet and would like to speak to them. The investigation team also wishes to get in touch with witnesses of incidents.
Suspect description
To give people an idea of what the suspect looks like and refresh memories, the police share a description of the suspect. It concerns a man with dark skin, a slim build, estimated to be between 20 and 40 years old, and about 1.75 meters tall. The man is often seen with a (racing) bicycle.
