During the check, five locked cargo bikes were indeed found in the cargo area. The driver, an 18-year-old man from Rotterdam, was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and is in custody at the police station.

All reports regarding the cargo bikes have now been resolved. Almost all of them were stolen since Saturday morning in Haarlem-Noord; at Spionkoptstraat, Riouwstraat, Uranusstraat, Dr. Leijdsstraat, and Dutrystraat. The bikes will be returned.
