A passerby called the police around 4:00 AM because a driver was sitting in the car without moving. The officers arrived on the scene and discovered that the man was just sleeping. Fortunately, there was no medical issue. When the officers inspected the car, they noticed that the license plates did not belong to the vehicle. The plates had been stolen the day before in Zaandam. The man was then arrested and taken to the police station.
