The report came in on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 10:42 AM. A woman who was nearby with her three small children saw the man in the bushes and immediately alerted her husband. He ran immediately to the park in his socks.

While the police were on their way, the man and another bystander decided to intervene. They ran after the man in question and tackled him to the ground. The police and enforcement officers then took over the situation.

Two Fines

The 32-year-old suspect has since been heard by the police. He will receive a fine for public indecency, as well as a fine for public intoxication.

Exposing genitals in public is considered indecency and is punishable by law. This can lead to a fine or a prison sentence of up to three months.
