Ten reports
At various locations around the Penningkruid and Jerusalem in Venray, several reports came in. In total, we received ten reports. The perpetrators call elderly people and pose as, for example, police officers or bank employees. They ask questions about valuable items, money, or bank cards and offer to keep those items safe. Then they want to come to the door to collect these items. Fortunately, most victims managed to prevent this by hanging up the phone.
