At around 5:10 AM, the owner of a business in Prinsenbeek received an alarm from his company premises. He rushed to the location and saw a man climbing over the gate. He recognized the man from previous attempted break-ins and saw that the man was carrying empty beer crates from the business. He then apprehended the burglar red-handed. 

Meanwhile, his girlfriend called 112 to report the incident. The police arrived quickly on the scene. The apprehended suspect was handed over to the police. The 34-year-old man from Puttershoek was arrested on suspicion of burglary. Additionally, the police confiscated his bicycle.
