At around 6:00 AM, a passerby saw the man lying on a path in the middle of Oosterpark and alerted emergency services. They could do nothing more for the man on the scene. It is still unknown how long he had been there and whether it is a criminal matter. The police are currently investigating and would like to speak with witnesses.
