Subsequently, two suspects were arrested and house searches were conducted at their homes in Amsterdam. Ultimately, 74 kilos of illegal fireworks were found in the car, more than 200 kilos of illegal fireworks in a house, and nearly 5000 euros in cash. The two men, aged 20 and 21 from Amsterdam, have been detained for questioning.

On Thursday, December 4th at 11:45 AM, the police decided to check a car on the A2 near the Ruwiel gas station. During the check, large amounts of illegal fireworks were found in the trunk.
