On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, a woman was walking at Rotterdam Central Station when a man followed her. The man spoke to her, but the woman was not receptive to what he said. An argument ensued. When the woman rejected him, he struck her in the face with a white container, presumably containing sports powder.
