The police have completed the investigation into the shooting incident in Wanroij at Lamperen. Investigations have established that the 43-year-old victim took his own life and injured the 31-year-old woman. The woman is not a suspect in the investigation, and thus the investigation is also concluded.

In the early morning of Monday, May 5, the police found a deceased man and a seriously injured woman in a residence. She was taken to the hospital, and the police have since spoken with her. Forensic investigation and the womans testimony reveal that the deceased man took his own life and hit the woman.
