Just after 8:00 PM, the men got into a dispute that escalated to the point where one pulled a firearm and shot. Emergency services arrived quickly and attended to the victim while speaking with witnesses. The victim, a 34-year-old man from Rotterdam, was urgently taken to the hospital.

Officers quickly arrested a man at Central Station, close to the location of the incident. He is a 34-year-old man from Rotterdam. We are investigating his role.
