Life-threatening driving behavior
During the pursuit, the driver drove very dangerously. He reached high speeds, sometimes up to 200 kilometers per hour. His driving behavior seriously endangered himself and other road users. The chase went through Middelburg, Arnemuiden, Nieuwdorp, Heinkenszand, Hoedekenskerke, Kapelle, and Yerseke. Officers followed the vehicle over the A58 and various N-roads.

Driver arrested
The pursuit ended in Yerseke. The 35-year-old man from Yerseke was arrested and taken to the police station. His drivers license was confiscated and his car was seized. The police are investigating which traffic violations he committed during the ride.
