Witnesses
The police are specifically looking for a man who was near the fire. He is described as a white man wearing black clothing and a black cap, likely in his late 30s to early 40s. The man eventually got into a small Toyota car with a Dutch license plate.
The police are also looking for five boys who were on bicycles. The boys are estimated to be around 14 to 15 years old. Two of the boys were blonde.
