On the morning of June 3 around 05:10 AM, a report came in that a seriously injured man had been found on Reigersbergenweg in The Hague. The police quickly arrived on the scene and conducted an investigation. The investigation revealed that it was a suspected collision, in which the driver fled the scene after the accident. The victim, a 51-year-old man from The Hague, died in the hospital from his injuries.
After extensive investigation, a suspect has come into view. On Wednesday, June 4, he was arrested. It concerns a 36-year-old man from Dordrecht. A car that may have been involved in the collision has also been seized.
