The 46-year-old man from Middelburg was cycling around 10:10 PM along the Jaagpad from Vlissingen towards Middelburg. Two men walked along the water from the opposite direction. They forced the man to stop and threatened him with a knife. The victim was robbed of his bicycle and money. He fled towards Nieuwe Vlissingseweg.

The two men have a dark complexion, aged between 20 and 30 years. One man is 1.80 meters tall and the other 1.70 meters. Both have a slim build.
