Shooting Incident – Driebergenstraat – The Hague
The police received a report on Tuesday, January 28, around 10:45 AM of a shooting incident on Driebergenstraat in The Hague. Upon arrival, a wounded man was found just outside the garage where the victim worked. Investigations reveal that the shooter was likely looking for another target. CCTV footage shows that the suspect was in the garage earlier that day. He found no one there and returned an hour later to encounter the victim. After a verbal exchange in the garage, the suspect immediately began shooting. The victim ran outside in panic, where he was shot again. He was severely injured. In the broadcasts of Team West and Investigation Requested, we will show CCTV footage of the incident and the suspect.
Home Invasion – Ammunitiehaven – The Hague
In a residence on Ammunitiehaven in The Hague, a home invasion occurred on December 22, 2024, around 9:00 PM. Two men threw a stone through the window to enter the house via a childrens room. Under threat of a firearm, the resident was forced to hand over money to the intruders. CCTV footage shows that the men were dressed in dark clothing and picked up a street stone from the ground. The street stone was later found by the police in a car. The victims are still very shaken by the situation. Tonight, Team West will focus on this home invasion.
Robbery – Goudse Hout - Gouda
In Goudse Hout park in Gouda, a robbery took place on Sunday afternoon, December 29, 2024, between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Under threat of a weapon, a handbag with contents was stolen from the victim. The suspect then fled on foot. CCTV footage that we will show in Team West captures the fleeing suspect.
Explosion – Hobbemastraat – The Hague
At a restaurant on Hobbemastraat in The Hague, an explosion occurred on the night of Sunday, October 13, to Monday, October 14, 2024. This was reported to the police around 3:10 AM. Investigations have revealed that the suspect walked over the sidewalk via Hobbemastraat towards Hobbemaplein around the same time. He came from the direction of Vaillantlaan. In Investigation Requested, we are asking for attention for this incident tonight.
