Around 1:10 AM, the victim himself called the police to report that he had been injured in a stabbing incident. Officers found a 33-year-old man from Eindhoven near his car with a neck injury. The victim was examined in the ambulance and had to be taken to the hospital to have his wound stitched.
The stabbing incident reportedly happened inside the victims car. An unknown man had entered the car after calling for help near the Europalaan roundabout and the Markt. In the car, the man demanded money from the victim. After the incident, the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. Of course, we are investigating exactly what happened between the two inside the car.
