Upon arrival, officers found a young woman with a severe bleeding stab wound in her neck. She was sitting on a bench in front of a grocery store trying to apply pressure to the wound. Fortunately, the ambulance arrived quickly to take over care for the woman. Only limited information is known about the suspected perpetrator, who may be a female suspect.
