Initially, reports came in about a possible argument on the A13 between two cars. Shots were then fired and one of the cars drove away. The other car came to a stop and officers found the victim there. The police temporarily closed the highway due to the investigation. Around 01:40, the police received a report of a car that was suspiciously parked on Binckhorstlaan in The Hague. The car has been seized. It is being investigated whether there is a connection to this case.
