In October, the municipality of Woerden, the police, and NS established an integrated approach to bicycle theft at Woerden station, formalizing several joint agreements. The municipality deployed more enforcement officers, NS intensified supervision, and the police increased patrols. It was also agreed to focus more on preventing bicycle theft by providing more information and encouraging reporting. You can find this integrated approach here.
