The driver of the black MP3 was completely dressed in black and was not wearing a helmet. Shortly after the report, the police started an investigation in the Rotterdam neighborhood of Carnisse. An hour after the report, around 22:00, the suspect was arrested at Sint-Janshaven in Rotterdam. The man is still in custody.
