The 19-year-old woman was cycling with a group of friends around 02:30 on the Oude Nieuwveenseweg. A gold-colored BMW approached and hit the cyclist. After the accident, the car drove off towards Geerweg. The victim was left seriously injured. Emergency services arrived on the scene and urgently transported the victim to the hospital. The police traffic team and forensic investigation immediately started an investigation.
