Caroll-Ann, born and raised on Bonaire, returned to the island in 2002 after her studies in the Netherlands. Since 2010, she has been working at RCN, where she has held various roles within the communication department, including protocol officer, communication advisor, and senior communication advisor.
With her years of experience and extensive network, she has become a well-known face of RCN. Colleagues appreciate her as an involved, loyal, and connecting leader who knows how to get the best out of people. Caroll-Ann is known as a ‘working manager’ with a down-to-earth leadership style.
