On Monday, September 1, P-Direkts office in Bonaire celebrated its 10th anniversary with a festive ceremony for employees and guests.
Anniversary Celebration
The anniversary celebration focuses on appreciation for employees. During the official ceremony on September 1, various speakers expressed their happiness with the growth of the team: not only in the number of employees but also in development. Pride was also expressed in the professionalism of the services and the good cooperation within the team.
The anniversary celebration lasts a week, during which various activities for employees have been organized. The anniversary will conclude on Friday, September 5, with a festive week closing.
Who Are We?
P-Direkt is the HR service provider of the Dutch government with locations in The Hague, Zwolle, and for 10 years also in Bonaire. The organization offers a wide range of services at the intersection of HR and ICT for nearly 140,000 employees of ministries and other government organizations.
Bonaire Location
The office in Bonaire deals with all aspects of personnel and payroll administration, from processing (travel) expense claims to payroll processing. With 35 employees (including 2 team leaders and 1 head of service) in Bonaire, they provide flexible service and ensure that P-Direkt is also reachable for civil servants in the Netherlands during the evening hours: via chat, email, and phone.
