The subsidy scheme for sustainable social real estate (DUMAVA) supports owners of existing social real estate in the costs of making it more sustainable.
From June 2, 2025, it is possible to submit your application via MijnRVO.

Integral Sustainability and Individual Sustainability Measures
The largest part of the DUMAVA subsidy, € 283,700,000, is reserved for integral projects. Additionally, it is possible to apply for a subsidy for one, two, or three individual sustainability measures. The exact amount of the subsidy and all subsidy conditions are detailed on the website of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
