With the idea that everyone has talents and can develop them under the right circumstances, Rijkswaterstaat, together with its contractors, has set up Growth Garden Social Return, collaborating with the social domain.
We need each other to make social impact on three levels: the candidate, the contractor, and the chain. First, we encourage contractors to guide candidates towards sustainable, well-fitting, and paid work.
Second, we want contractors to increase their social impact from strength. The third goal is to create a snowball effect in the chain, so more parties use this methodology.
