Digital disruptions affect our society faster and more directly than ever before. It is no coincidence that the government increasingly emphasizes the importance of being prepared, including digitally. To strengthen the digital resilience of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (EZ) and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) are making 20ac2.5 million available for the (further) development of cybersecurity solutions and services.

Dutch companies and research organizations can apply for the Cybersecurity Innovation Fund (CIF-NL) subsidy for 2025 from December 9 until February 10, 2026. The minimum subsidy amount per project is 20ac60,000 and the maximum is 20ac100,000.

Who is it for?

Dutch companies and research organizations working on the (further) development or improvement of products, services, or technologies that strengthen digital resilience can make use of the CIF-NL scheme.

Focus areas
