IVI applications now via e-CertNL for several sectors
From November 1, 2025, for several sectors, you must apply for an Import Permit Instruction (IVI) via e-CertNL. This new procedure applies to Seed Seeds (CZZ), Trees and young plants (CBN), Cut flowers and potted plants (CST), Potatoes, vegetables and fruit (CAT). For the sectors Bulbs and perennials (CBB) and Various products (CFA), the application procedure remains unchanged for now, with applications via email.
