advertentieToday, the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) publishes its Annual Report 2024 and the State of Supervision 2024. In the Annual Report, the NVWA reflects on the past year based on the 7 public interests it supervises. Additionally, the NVWA accounts for the results of its work and highlights its role as an employer.
Inspector-General Gerard Bakker: “No day is the same for us, the inspectors of the NVWA. This is sometimes challenging but also necessary. As an organization, we adapt to developments in society. We adjust our supervision and methods accordingly. Where are the significant risks, where can we make the most impact?
