Are you experiencing problems with iDeal payments for parking products? Due to a disruption, the following iDeal payments may not be properly processed in the Digital Desk:

  • topping up the balance for the visitor scheme;
  • purchase of parking products.

We are currently working hard on a solution.

Alternative payment method

For some parking products, another payment method can be selected. These can be used normally. Have you already made an iDeal payment that was not processed correctly? Then cancel your current application before choosing another payment method.

Unfortunately, no alternative payment method can be selected for topping up the balance for the visitor scheme.

Temporary solution

Until the problems are resolved, you can use other ways to obtain a parking right for your visitors. Think of parking meters on the street or parking apps like Easypark. For more information and conditions, see the Visitor Scheme page.
