Homeowners Associations (VvEs) will also receive support in 2026 to make their buildings more sustainable. New this year is the Subsidy Scheme for Energy-Saving Measures for VvEs, specially designed to make sustainable measures simpler and more affordable.

New subsidy scheme and start of information activities

With the new subsidy scheme, VvEs can apply for financial support for measures that save energy or improve living comfort. Think of:

  • insulation;
  • energy-efficient installations;
  • ventilation improvement;
  • or a collective heat pump.

We want to encourage both large and small VvEs to take action on sustainability.

All practical information about the scheme, conditions, and application can be found on the Subsidy Scheme for Energy-Saving Measures for VvEs page.

Information days and courses

In addition to the subsidy, we also continue to focus on good guidance. In 2026, information evenings and courses will again be organized for VvE boards and members. These activities help VvEs gain better insight into the technical, organizational, and financial steps needed to make their building more sustainable.

The meetings are organized in cooperation with VvE Training & Consultancy Brabant (VTCB). On the VTCB website you can find more information and register.

Do you want to get started with your VvE in 2026? Then sign up quickly for the subsidy or the course because supplies are limited.
