The procedure for submitting the BvdU 2025 has not changed compared to the previous year. You can submit the form via the Formdesk online application. You will get access to the form with a unique login code. This code was sent by letter in November 2025 to the municipal executive board of each municipality. An authorized official (mayor, municipal secretary, or another authorized signatory) of your municipality (or a joint arrangement on behalf of your municipality) can sign the form. The signatory declares that the information included in the BvdU 2025 is accurately presented.

If the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) has not received the BvdU 2025 before March 1, 2026, in principle, the payment of the monthly advances of the Participation Act to the municipality will be suspended. This can only be deviated from if an extension for submission has been granted, there is force majeure, or if SZW has received the BvdU 2025 correctly and completely at the time of the decision on suspension of payment.
