A bike was reportedly stolen late in the afternoon according to witnesses. A few hours later, around 7:00 PM, the man was recognized by store staff who immediately called the police. Officers arrived at the scene, reviewed CCTV footage, and took witness statements. Based on this information, the officers arrested the man and took him to the police station.
